Present practice: primarily in the area of alternative dispute resolution focusing on mediation and arbitration of legal matters with emphasis on physician, hospital, nursing home, attorney and other professional negligence, construction, contracts, business, commercial, estates/trusts and products liability.

Prior practice: Director of Law, City of Knoxville; Trial Attorney - City of Knoxville; University of Tennessee College of Law, Instructor, Legal Aid Clinic; Assistant City Attorney, Oak Ridge, Tennessee; general practice of law with an emphasis in litigation involving healthcare providers including hospitals, nursing homes, and physicians, legal malpractice, products liability, drugs and medical devices, and toxic torts, as well as construction, business and corporate matters.  Served as speaker and panel member on seminars for attorneys and hospital staff members on various related topics.

DAVID H. LUHN,
born Knoxville, Tennessee, and admitted to bar, 2003, Tennessee; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee. W. MITCHELL CRAMER,
born Omaha, Nebraska, and admitted to bar, 1974, Tennessee. STEPHEN GIBSON,
born Kingsport, Tennessee, and admitted to bar, 1984, Tennessee. Also admitted to the United District Court of the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Tennessee; the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Gibson graduated from the University of Tennessee (B.A., with Honors, 1975); pursued graduate studies at the University of Chicago, and obtained his doctor of jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee in 1984.

Member: Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association and Defense Research Institute. Mr. Gibson has served as a charter member of public school foundations in the Knoxville area, has served on the Board of Directors of Camp Montvale for Children, the Blount Mansion of Knoxville, and presently serves as Board Director and Fund Raising Chairman of the Appalachian Bear Rescue.
